What’s included in the Group Coaching?

Group Coaching Sessions

A three month program with seven (7) 75-90 minute group coaching sessions, held virtually every second week, with workbooks after each session to keep you on track.

Heart lead, outcome focused coaching based on science, research, credible practices, lived experience and success.

Small Group Sessions

A safe place to be supported in a group with a maximum of 5 other lovely people who are currently in relationships, have left, or have been impacted by a loved ones addiction. An entire support system dedicated to you. Your own warm and friendly cheer squad that is in your corner.

High touch support

You have direct access to me throughout the entire duration of your coaching program. This is me in your pocket. You can get coaching over voice or text message, for support, guidance, cheering on or to check-in. You are completely supported in-between our group coaching sessions.

Optional 1:1 coaching

As you already know. No one size fits all. So here, you have the option to include some 1:1 coaching sessions. Perhaps you want to privately work through some focus areas of your own or have specific challenges or next steps that you want to work through. There are flexible 1:1 session options.

However, changing the way you think about yourself, changing your patterns and behavior and change in general is hard work and this program is not for everyone. It’s going to take dedication and commitment from your side.

No one can do this for you - and I know that can be scary. And you are worth it.

I will absolutely do it alongside you and support you along the way. And the tools and strategies you learn inside this coaching program will serve you for life. So surely that’s worth it!

Change starts with YOU

Only you can take this step and I know it's not easy.

Like me, and most of the Women that have joined this program, you’ve probably already tried to find support for yourself and found it lacking, it it didn’t feel aligned. Therapists telling you to ‘let go’, and support groups telling you detach… sometimes it doesn’t quite mesh. And this is so different to all of ‘that’.

Change is hard right? But so is staying the same. I invite you to ‘choose your hard’, choose the hard that gets you living the better life, independent of what your loved one is doing. You can lead the way. Regardless of your relationship status, regardless of their path.

Ask yourself, how long can you keep going the way you are going? Where does this “doing more of the same” get you?

Ask yourself, how long will you keep trying the same things over and over again that don’t get you anywhere, but yet you keep hoping for change?

What has inaction cost you so far? Your time, is it months, years or decades? Your mental and physical health? Being the parent you wanted to be but can’t? Your career options or path? Your financial security?

What excuses have you given yourself so far as to ‘why’ you wouldn’t do this for yourself? And then flip the narrative - if your loved one offered you the same excuses for why they aren’t doing their work, what would you say to them? (Brutal… I know!) And also… I’ve been there too.

Discomfort? I get it! With so much focus on getting support for your loved one, it can feel so uncomfortable to realise that, you need support for yourself and you deserve it.

If you could have done it alone, you would have done it by now right?

And there is this crazy thought, that in so many areas of life we reach out for support, guidance, accountability… yet when it comes to navigating something we have never done before… we think we can do it alone, in private.

And here is the absolute kicker, getting support for you will actually help your loved one too and your other family members. When you are better, you can be better for others and everyone wins in that scenario. You are truly leading the way.
